01Purpose and scope

This policy explains how personal data is processed on this website. It does not cover the GeoMate software installed on your own machines or servers: GeoMate is local-first, your geoscience databases stay under your control, and none of your project data transits through this website.

02Data controller

The data controller is DIVINE EAGLE GROUP, multi-member limited liability company (SARL) operating as GeoMate Solutions, RCCM CI-ABJ-03-2021-B12-00592, Abidjan, Abatta, Rue Godo, villa 11, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. Any request relating to your data should be sent to admin-softteam@geomate-solutions.com.

03Data we collect

Trial request: name, business email, company, country, role and the edition of interest. Quotation request: the configuration you build (edition, number of seats, options) together with your name, business email, company and country. Contact form: name, email and the content of your message. Technical data: connection logs kept by the host (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. No sensitive data is requested, and no user account is created on this site.

04Purposes and legal bases

Issuing trial licence keys and sending the download link: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Preparing quotations and replying to your enquiries: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in handling commercial requests. Site security and anti-spam protection: legitimate interest. Audience measurement: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Your data is never used for automated decision-making or profiling.

05Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to the publisher’s authorised staff and to the technical providers strictly necessary to operate the service, each bound by a data-processing agreement: Microsoft Azure (hosting and serverless functions), a transactional email provider (sending trial keys and internal lead notifications), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam verification) and, subject to your consent, a cookie-less analytics provider. Your data is never sold, rented or transferred for third-party advertising purposes.

06Retention periods

Trial, quotation and contact requests: three (3) years from our last contact with you, unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case the applicable commercial and accounting retention rules take over. Technical logs: twelve (12) months maximum. Analytics data, where enabled: aggregated and non-identifying, retained no longer than twenty-four (24) months. Beyond these periods, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

07International transfers

Some processors operate infrastructure outside Côte d’Ivoire, principally within the European Union. Where a transfer takes place outside your country of residence, it is governed by appropriate safeguards — European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision — and, for data subject to Ivorian law, in accordance with the authorisation regime provided by law n° 2013-450.

08Your rights

In accordance with Ivorian law n° 2013-450 on the protection of personal data and, where it applies to you, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to admin-softteam@geomate-solutions.com; we reply within one (1) month and may ask for proof of identity where there is reasonable doubt. If you consider your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications de Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI) or, in the European Union, with your national supervisory authority.

09Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with strict transport security, a content security policy restricting executable sources, and anti-spam verification on every form. Form submissions are processed by isolated serverless functions; provider credentials are held in the hosting platform’s application settings and never appear in the source code or in this repository.

10Minors

This site is intended for mining and exploration professionals. It is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data. Should such data be transmitted to us, it will be deleted upon request.

11Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The date at the top of this page always indicates the version in force; any substantial change will be brought to the attention of users concerned.
