Data entry & AI logging

Capture core the way geologists actually work — fast, configurable and AI-assisted — then see it as downhole log plots.

Logging is built for the pace of a rig. Coded picklists (code | description) keep entry fast and consistent, calculated fields derive values as you type, and an AI-assisted engine speeds up repetitive core description. Hole completion and lock management protect finished holes, while downhole log plots and core photos turn raw entry into something you can read at a glance.

Entry layouts are built per table and per project, so a geologist sees the fields that matter for the interval in front of them and nothing else. Coded lists prevent free-text drift, gap and overlap checking runs while depths are typed, and the grid beneath the form shows the records already captured for the hole.

In practice

A geologist logs 40 m of core: lithology from a coded picklist, alteration and mineralisation as calculated fields, structural readings by depth — and the downhole log plot redraws live as they type.
