QAQC & audit
A QAQC chain that stands up to audit: catch errors on entry, prove control performance, and produce a report a competent person can sign.
QAQC is a chain, not a checkbox. Standards, blanks and duplicates are monitored, 25+ rules run across interval, depth, survey, collar, recovery and structure tables, and failures can be auto-corrected under control. Every check and correction is logged, so the audit report you generate at the end will stand up to a competent person and NI 43-101 review.
Standards are tracked against their certified value with ±2σ warning and ±3σ failure limits, batch by batch. Blanks, field and pulp duplicates are analysed with relative-difference, scatter, QQ and precision plots, outlier thresholds and low-concentration cut-offs are configurable, and failed samples are exportable for re-assay — the evidence a competent person asks for.
Run validation on a fresh batch: overlapping intervals, an out-of-range azimuth and a failed standard are flagged by hole, with the exact rule and value — ready to export or auto-correct.
